OUR CONSULTANTS
Jean-Marc Legentil, principal associate, possesses 20 years of experience in organizational management: supervision, management and senior management. After having worked with large companies such as Johnson and Johnson and Abbott Laboratories, he was a PME entrepreneur at Carrier Inc. He now devotes himself to training and consulting in the areas of organizational development and operational management in manufacturing and service organization. He is a principal associate at Bell Nordic Inc. and master trainer (Sansei) of Kaizen.
M. Legentil holds a bachelors degree in management from l'cole des Hautes tudes Commerciales de Montral and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He possesses CPIM professional recognition, is an ISO 10 011 auditor for standards such as ISO 9001 and is a member of the Professional Corporation of Chartered Administrators, management consulting sector (Adm. A.).
Hughes Mercure, a principal consultant, possesses over 20 years of experience in major companies such as CSF, Carrier Inc. and Ciba Geigy (pharmaceutical). He has occupied positions in quality control and production planning and control. Mr. Mercure has a bachelors degree in management from l'cole des Hautes tudes Commerciales de Montral and holds professional CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Manager) recognition. He is also an ISO 10 011 auditor for standards such as ISO
improvement using Kaizen methodology.
Christian Savoie has been an industrial and organizational psychologist since he obtained a Masters degree from the University of Montreal in January 1993. After having developed training and wage programs on the competencies of self-directors work team members at Messier-Dowty during a year, he became a principal consultant and trainer at Bell Nordic Inc. He now works on mandates pertaining to organizational diagnostics, human resources development (such as PDRH) and training engineering (transfer optimization, design of courses and development of certification tests).
Member of lOrdre des Psychologues du Qubec, Mr. Savoie also evaluates the quality of a work climate and guides management in the improvement of mobilization and the empowerment of their employees. He trains and coaches managers and teammates in order to help them effectively meet the challenges brought on by team work.
Sylvain Binet, a management consultant, possesses over 8 years of experience in quality assurance. He holds a degree in quality technology. Mr. Binet mainly specializes in the implementation and training of the ISO 9000 standards and operational management (HEC). He develops quality assurance procedures, gives internal auditor training and performs complete quality system audits. In addition, using Kaizen methodology, M. Binet facilitates, among others, SMED and FIVE-S workshops. M. Binet has participated in the creation and implementation of quality assurance procedures for more than 8 companies who have successfully obtained ISO 9002 certification. Jose-Anne Bergeron is a human resources consultant and trainer. Member of the Bell Nordic Inc. team for five years, her activities over the past 15 years involve training and conciliation. She trains individuals on training of the trainer (Marconi, E. T. S.) and in communication. In addition, she prepares learning and training booklets for our clients and facilitates teamwork workshops. As a consultant, she possesses a great expertise in the analysis and design of business processes according to the Kaizen methodology. Mrs. Bergeron holds a Mph from The University of Western Ontario, a B. A. from the University of Montreal and an MBA (in process) from lcole des Hautes tudes Commerciales.
Nicole Vzina eng. consultant in operations management, has over 11 years of experience in various production management and quality assurance positions at Coca Cola and Les Breuvages Colt. She has the capacity to mobilize a team towards achieving an objective and evaluate the needs of the company in order to meet production and quality objectives and to implement necessary measures, her actions are of the Kaizen product and Kaizen production type. Madame Vzina has a good knowledge of the ISO-9002 standard. In addition, she is a member of lOrdre des ingnieurs du Qubec.
Kim Spooner is a marketing coordinator and change agent. She possesses a bachelors degree in business administration (UQAM) and a good knowledge of the business market through companies such as Zenger Miller and Debbie Shuchat. Mrs. Spooner is mainly responsible for the organization of activities and market development. She meets clients and informs them of our services. In addition, Mrs. Spooner performs follow-ups of training workshops. She has also recently founded a Kaizen club AME (Association for manufacturing excellence) Quebec chapter.
Michel Daigle, trainer in leadership and team work, has represented companies for the general public, employees and the media. Mr. Daigle is both a creative and pragmatic entrepreneur and, he communicates while motivating people with respect to team work, excellence and how to respect deadlines while respecting budgetary constraints and keeping tight business relations with clients. As a senior trainer on the Bell Nordic inc. team, Mr. Daigle enriches our clients with his experience of North American marketing and world class management from companies such as Zenger Miller (Achive Global), Socit Immobilire Devenore Lte, Perform Training Systems inc., etc. Mr. Daigle holds a professional Facility Training:
