Bayleaf built the Ebiz Diagnostic Tool for Industry Canada - an interactive information system for companies to evaluate their readiness to conduct business online. The decision support information is provided through an extensive knowledge base developed by Service-Growth Consultants. The tool guides users through a diagnostic questionnaire broken into several sections, each comprised of five-scale, yes/no, and ranked rating questions. At the end of the questionnaire, application logic in the form of a scoring matrix is applied to each section. Users receive tailored feedback and plans to assist with their online efforts. The Ebiz Diagnostic Tool is deployed on Industry Canadas ebiz. enable portal, which is designed by Bayleaf.

Bayleaf designed a ColdFusion application to allow direct commerce between drum manufacturer Ayotte Music Inc. and drum buyers via the Internet. The Ayotte Drums online store runs on a host of customer-driven e-commerce capabilities, resulting in one of the easiest drum-shopping experiences on the Internet today. Shoppers can build their own drum kit, obtain a price for their personalized kit, save any number of drum kits in an online account, and request promotional notices from Ayotte. Bayleaf created a streamlined drum kit customization/personalization tool, a process which is otherwise complicated and time- consuming. Streaming content features product support information, tutorials, and interviews with high-profile musicians who use Ayotte drums. The site is fully integrated with Cybercash services for credit card processing, and browser- based remote admin tools for content management. This ColdFusion/Access application was named Best Retail Website at eWorld Awards 2000.
