Our firm provides complete operational analysis and re-engineering of energy requiremnents prior to the development of any energy refit strategies. Many facilities have decade old systems that are not suitable for the current building usage.
We are also fully coversant in Energy Incentive Programs especially the larger ones with the Office of Energy Efficiency.
We are also pioneering joint cost savings programs for builkding lease situations in which the landlord and tennant work together to priovide the capital requirend to bring abouit nergy use reductions and shared cost savings.
Pick Module Overhead Illumination: Redesign and retrofit of Pick Module lighting in major retail distribution centre. 10 miles of fixtures were repleced with half as many units. Light level went up over 50% and electrical consumption cost went down over 50%
Indoor Truck Dock Lighting: Designed and installed LED strip lights at the base of indoor truck docks to assist in the backing in procedure. Reduced energy cost by 95% and vastly improved the productivity and safety of the process.
AS/RS Lighting Control System: Implemented an interlock system to turn off high bay lighting when no-one is on the facility. Savings of up to $100k annually.
Redesign of High bay Illumination: Redesigned the light source and layout of a 1.5 million sq. ft. distribution centre resulting in the elimination of over 30% of the fixtures (approx. 800 units), matching of illumination requirements to processes and netted a significant reduction in energy consumption.
