BIDMEXICO is finalizing an agreement to transfer production of furniture for an Albertan company to a Mexican manufacturer specially selected by BIDMEXICO, so that the Albertan company can reduce its production costs while securing quality, taking advantage of NAFTAs elimination of tariffs in 2003. BIDMEXICO will continue as a consultant for the Albertan company to facilitate communications between the two companies.
BIDMEXICO has identified an interested major Mexican distributor for an Albertan company in the Medical Cleaning and Disinfection sector with which BIDMEXICO works in partnership. Details of distribution are currently under discussion.

Through partnership with BIDMEXICO, an Alberta company with products and services in the oil and gas sector has submitted a proposal which has passed to the contract-writing stage for an 7-month service-related project in one of PEMEXs main regions. BIDMEXICO introduced this company to PEMEX, arranging all contacts and meetings, helped them through the process of qualifying for the project without necessity of a tender, and continues to guide them through all necessary negotiations.
Through partnership with BIDMEXICO, an Alberta company with products in the oil and gas sector is working closely with 2 Refineries and 3 of the main regions of PEMEX, to bring their technology to Mexico. We convinced PEMEX that the existing technology they are using is inefficient and more expensive in the long term and that they should change their specs to require this new technology. BIDMEXICO introduced this company to PEMEX, arranging all contacts and meetings, and continues to guide them through all necessary negotiations.

Through partnership with BIDMEXICO, an Alberta educational institution has agreed with one of the largest and most recognized university systems in Mexico this fall to begin providing its courses in this Mexican institution this fall. Details of the contract are being worked out.
Development and Infrastructure

BIDMEXICO is the coordinator, putting together the team, in conjunction with our Developer Partner, to build and operate a private specialized hospital in a region of Mexico without proper health care service. We have identified the potential Investors, the Planning/Designer, the Builder, and the Construction Manager, and are in the final stages of preselection of an Operator. We are now in the process of raising local funds for a business case to present investors.
BIDMEXICO has tracked numerous water treatment projects for an Albertan company. With this company we presented several proposals in Mexico, and we are in the stage of awaiting a response.
Through partnership with BIDMEXICO and our Real Estate Alliances, an Albertan transportation services company has identified three potential locations to build and operate their business concept in Mexico. BIDMEXICO identified the sites, found the Mexican builder, made all the contacts for them (including at the presidential house), and is facilitating all prenegotiations. Because of the complexity of their business concept, BIDMEXICO will continue as a partner throughout the development of this business to assure its success.
With our Real Estate Alliances, BIDMEXICO has identified a beach-front hotel for sale that is of interest to an Albertan investor and developer. The exchange of Information and negotiations are ongoing.
