Custom fusion bonded Powder coater. We have been a custom powder coating application specialists since 1963. The following is a brief description of the services, equipment and processes offered by ACL. Pretreatment - We are equipped for abrasive blasting, tumble blasting, wheelabrator, steam cleaning, chemical etching, Zinc and Iron phosphating Architectural Aluminum to AAMA 2605 specs. for articles of all sizes and shapes to rigid specifications. Batch Systems - Our batch system can handle parts to 15, 000 lb. and up to 24 feet long. Conveyorized Systems - Our coating lines can handle all shapes and sizes up to 40 feet long, 7 feet high and 5 feet wide in medium to large quantities. Quality Control - ISO-9000-2001 a) Incoming materials & supplies inspection b) Customer materials inspection c) Work in process d) Finished product Written inspection reports with lot tracability are provided for all production.
