Acres & Associated Environmental Limited (A&A) is a multidisciplinary, environmental engineering consulting firm serving clients in Ontario, eastern Canada and the world. The company is an employee-owned, Canadian, consulting firm with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario.
A&A was established in 1996 through the merger of Acres International Limited's Eastern region environmental and waste management operations with Associated Engineering Limited's Ontario region municipal water and wastewater operations. This merger created one of Ontario's most comprehensive environmental consulting firms. Backed by over 10 decades of combined engineering excellent in Canada, the merger reflects our parent firm's continuing efforts to expand our capabilities by offering a more complete package of engineering and environmental services to our clients in the public and private sector.
The company offers a full range of environmental consulting services which include: water supply, distribution and treatment, wastewater collection and treatment; electrical engineering, controls and instrumentations; municipal infrastructure services;
municipal solid waste management; hazardous materials management;
geo-environmental investigations and site remediation services;
watershed management plans and natural resource management;
environmental impact assessments, audits and monitoring;
environmental health and safety services; environmental permits and approvals.
Current Geographic Marketing Activity A&A operates principally in Ontario and Easter Canada, and internationally in association with Acres International, Associated Engineering and their affiliated companies.
Geographic Marketing Priorities In conjunction with our parent firm's international priorities and business development efforts, A&A is interested in environmental work in the Caribbean, India, Pakistan and selected countries in East and West Africa and South America.
