Alutron Modules is one of the few companies in North America that provides a complete in-house range of services, from product conceptualization and designing, to manufacturing and assembly. In addition to the many full-time main office and quality control employees, Alutron also draws on a pool of design consultants and a variety of contract assembly facilities.

Incorporated in 1988, Alutron has grown due to a basic uncomplicated approach to long-term business relations. The primary focus of the company is to provide both standard and custom control products and accessories required by the central vacuum industry and related consumer industries. This is accomplished by actively listening to what is required by the customer prior to offering many possible solutions. The commitment to provide the best possible solution is ongoing even after the final design is completed. Alutron eagerly monitors new products being developed by the various component suppliers and evaluates their suitability for both current and future control assemblies.

Research and development is pivotal to the strong association between Alutron and its customers. Alutron adds value for clients by anticipating what future requirements will be and by developing products to address this market. The fundamental design criterion for these products is the ability to readily adapt the functionality of the product to suit any particular customer.

Alutron Modules received ISO 9001 certification in 1999. The Quality Management System is applicable not only for the manufacturing of electronic controls and accessories but also for the design activities as well. Alutrons designation is applicable for central vacuum systems.
