Our Engineering Department utilizes the CAD, CAM and CMM software. Using SolidWork and SurfCam, as well as handling customer files in other formats such as Pro Engineering, UG, CadKey, and ACAD, etc. Alican can work with customers anywhere in the world. With the assistance of the Mitsuitoyo CMM we can trace the surface of the most complicated parts and check on products made by us, to ensure that our customers get only the best product possible.

In our own operation we began to manufacture prototypes to prove the advantage on the production run. We have found that in most cases prototypes run on CNC equipment not only are profitable but also provide an accurate cycle time for the part in volume production. Our people are specialized in CNC programming and a facility to carry out precision CNC machining and prototyping. Serving the industry of Aerospace, Medical and various types of industries. Multiple shifts allow us to schedule in house use as well as service our specialized customers who require CNC machine work.
In order to serve our customers better, we have invested in stamping machinery and created our own stamping department. Producing stamped metal parts to compliment the plastic components allows us to increase the efficiency of your project and save you time and money. We produce high quality, cost effective, world class stampings in any shape. Alican's Production Department can produce and ship to your semi or fully assembled product within hours of your call. Our production team produces plastic or metal parts and conducts test runs for all new moulds to ensure the perfect part.
Our relationship with our customers doesn't end when the mould is completed. Our experienced personal can even help you with any production difficulties you may be having at your factory.
