RF Welding Process - is a process that uses radio frequency waves to seal flock or pvc (plastic) decals and motifs onto a variety of garments such as cotton, polyester, lycra, fleece, denim. The seal is much stronger than traditional heat sealing. Unlike embroidery, there is no backing that would irritate. And because of the use of a die, a high-tech look is easily achievable. We can do specialty glitter, lenticular, iridescent and a host of other applications.
