Accurate and rapid mixing of dry ingredients with the AJSP modular rotor (patented) in single or double units. No heat. No shear unless added. Heating or cooling jackets can be added. Typical mix times are 10 seconds to 1 minute to.5% standard deviation.

This machine consists of a low intensity rotor with high intensity Phlauer-Tech Shearmakers. Will develop most difficult colors in masonry cement 3.5 tons in 3 minutes. Because of the AJSP rotor, it is a lower investment with fewer Shearmakes than competitor and 100 less h. p. Test mixer available. The AJSP rotor in now patented and patents are pending.

Mixer/Coater/Dryer
The unique method of attaching the piping (patent pending) allows weighing in the mixer. Liquids, if applicable, would be weighed separately. The mixing is done, the blower turned to high, the burner to high and drying is monitored by time and exhaust temperature. A very economical process solution for low volumes, less than 10 tonnes/ hour. Package includes controls.

Vacuum Mixer/Coater
Coats high volumes of oil on fish feed or pet feed. Coating is applied under vacuum up to 27in. hg. or -920 milibars, and when vacuum is released, the coating is driven inside the pellet. Typical systems include coater, weighing, vacuum pump, controls with volume of 10 tonnes per hour. We have the most economical package, the only complete package, factory tested and on-site start-up and service worldwide.
