AMT designs and produces unique solar blind selective UV detectors that are portative, long-lasting and superior- quality. Due to the unique design, our UV detectors do not require any optical filters for adjustment of UV-sensitivity.
AMT conducts the design of the UV detectors, final tuning and post manufacturing testing. The principal manufacturing of the UV detectors will be outsourced to one of the Ukrainian manufacturing companies with which AMT has have long and productive business relations.
This is a new-generation of semiconductor UV sensors. These sensors: are insensitive to visible light (unlike the known semiconductor sensors); do not require special optical filters for adjustment of UV-sensitivity; have large active area; allow high performance at reasonable cost; have no commercial analogs in the world. The sensors may find a variety of applications in environmental control, medicine, biology, space researches, industry and many other areas where UV-intensity monitoring is required
FSC Code: 5961 - Semiconductor Devices and Associated Hardware
