Working independently, I have agency agreements for the provision of RRAP/ERP programs on and off reserve in North-western Alberta, as well as inspect new housing on a fee per service basis for band housing and CMHC Section 95 program. As part of my services I provide Physical Condition reviews for social Housing programs, providing cost estimates and specification writing of repairs to existing housing. Additionally I provide training through CMHC Aboriginal Capacity Development for First Nations Housing.
