To further compliment its technical designs, 3-L filters employs experienced welders qualified to weld a wide range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and specialty steels. The engineering group can undertake complete wind, seismic and stress analysis of pressure vessels and piping.

Business Activities: From its original position as a petroleum industry supplier, 3-L Filters is currently active in three main market segments: Commercial Filtration, Candu Nuclear applications and Environmental Water Remediation.     3-L Filters, in conjunction with Velcon Filters (USA), has developed a used cartridge recycling program within Canada. Spent cartridges are dismantled and the various components reused/recycled instead of being discarded to local landfills. FILCare service provides a convenient, cost-effective and environmentally-sound method of disposing of used aviation filter cartridges. Everything required to ship used filter cartridges will be supplied: boxes, labels and waybills, freight charges are included within Ontario. Only cartridges with residues from JET A, JET A1, JP5, JP8 and diesel will be accepted.
