Its convivial design offers Internet users different search criteria:
- The proximity search allows the Internet user to find businesses close to home;
- By entering a phone or fax number, the reverse look-up will find the matching company.
- The toll free feature enables Internet users to find businesses that can be reached toll free. The search can be performed using a category or name; i.e.: find hotels in the region of Quebec.
- Finally, the same kind of service is offered for businesses with a fax number. The database contains more than 400 000 Canadian enterprises that have a fax number.

All search results are displayed in a geographical map, indicating the precise location of the business in question.
