Pierre Julien, C.I.T.P., is the founder and president of Zim-ex inc., a consulting company specializing in the international trade of agri-food products. Zim-ex mission is to help Canadian enterprises develop their international market. Mr. Julien is the founder and former president of the chain of
restaurants, La Bouche Double, which was established in Quebec
city in 1978.
Mr. Julien holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the
Universit Laval in Quebec.
