Christian youth charity that supports community initiatives such as the North Victoria Healthy Communities Coalition. We operate a care home in Lindsay for adult males and have access to land in the Coboconk area for agricultural programs. We also operate programs such as Food Reach which works with community kitchens and gardens and operates a local breakfast program. This is done in association with the Ontario Child Nutrition Program, The Canadian Living Foundation and other foundations. Fish Tales is a program for disadvantaged children in which peer and adult mentoring provides assistance to youth. Children are given a package which contains positive parenting materials. We are also co-sponsors of a mental health promotion program along with the HPPB office of Health Canada and Chimo Youth & Family Services. Youth Aflame is also a member of the Ontario Association of Food Banks and is involved in various other community initiatives. This year we are expanding our school breakfast program assistance to other schools outside of our area.
