Woodhead Consultants Inc. provide wide ranging project managing consulting to the Construction and Consulting Engineering Industries. The Principal of Woodhead Consultants Inc., Roger Woodhead, Ph. D., P. Eng., has spent 30 years in Construction and Consulting Engineering including five on the Hibernia Gravity Base Structure in Newfoundland. He is a certified QMS2000 Lead Auditor.
