GreensIRON 5000 BENEFITS TO GREENS MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
1- Rolling increases pace and surface smoothness, significantly
improving the turf Surface for bowlers. it produces a consistent
green speed within each rink and from rink to rink.
2- Rolling allows a superintendent to mow at 3 to 4 mm heights in
contrast to having to risk scalping the turf to obtain desired
results.
3- Rolling after aerifying can close a 112' tyne hole to 114' at
the surface immediately improving bowling conditions.
4- Rolling with the use of the greensIRON 5000 Turf Broom
attachment assists moving top dressing into irregular hallows.
