- Up to ten Bays may be controlled from a single computer
Standard Rollover Interface System
The EXACTA Standard Rollover Interface is an innovative design to
meet the needs created by the Self Serve Car Wash It has Enter
Code, Enter Wash, Please Wait, and Wrong Code LED's to prompt or
help the customer at the entrance to the car wash. A standard
voice intercom is provided to enable communication with kiosk
personnel.
Main features:
- Keypad buzzer for keypress feedback;
- Security code required for wash access;
- DTMF 12 button keypad;
- Intercom for communication with the attendant in the kiosk;
- Durable Powder Coated Outer Shell
- High Intensity LED Indicators
- Keyed Access
- Optional Aluminum Stand
Code & Voice Entry System
The EXACTA Audio-Visual Interface is an innovative design to meet
the needs created by the Operator Free Car Wash. It has both
audio (voice) and visual (LCD screen) prompts to help the
customer at the entrance to the car wash.
The Voice System is designed to give 10 voice messages that
repeat keypad numbers when pressed, and up to 25 site
programmable messages. This can be used very effectively to
promote the wash, the site, and the company; as well as advertise
any specials occurring at the time. A maximum message length of 2
minutes is possible with this system. The LCD screen is an
enlarged character 2 line by 20 character display that is backlit
for night time viewing.
This Entry Stand is designed to integrate with the rest of the
EXACTA system. This enables control of dedicated outputs and
inputs for lamps, coin mechanism, and upsellbuttons, etc.
Additionally, 4 outputs and 3 inputs are free for general
purposes such as extra lights, bill validator, etc.
Other features:
- 9 Wire EXACTA port which enables accounting of sales through
the EXACTA computer;
- DTMF 12 button keypad;
- Intercom for communication with kiosk;
- Microphone for on site programming of voice commands
- RS232 port reserved for future use
- Optional Aluminum Stand
- Optional Visual Only System
Sspc Entry System
The EXACTA SSPC Entry System complete with Garbage Disposal
is one of the fastest additions to the EXACTA family of entry
stands. It is an innovative design to meet the needs created by
the Operator Free Car Wash. It has both audio (voice) and visual
(LCD screen) prompts to help the customer at the entrance to the
car wash.
Main Features:
- Speaker for Voice Output
- Built in Intercom for communication with kiosk
- Microphone for site programming of voice messaging
- Built in trash can for garbage disposal
- Full stainless steel construction
- High Intensity Warning LEDs for: Place car in neutral, do not
steer or brake' turn off engine.
- Built in heater for all-weather use
Wand Bay Keypad Interface
This interface was designed for Wand Type Coin-Op Car Washes.
Customers purchase a wash ticket from the kiosk based on the
amount of time that they require to wash their car. Each ticket
has an individualized security access code. When the customer
enters this code on the keypad in the wash bay, LED feedback
indicates that the code has been accepted or is incorrect. If the
code is valid, the 'In Use' LED indicates that the wash power is
turned on and that the customer may begin their wash. The 'In
Use' LED begins blinking near the end of the cycle so that the
customer knows that the time is about up.
Main features:
- Water/Detergent Resistant
- Buzzer feedback indicates key press
- High Intensity Wrong Code/In Use/Code Accepted LED's
- High reliability type membrane keypad
- DTMF type keypad encoding
- Sealed Aluminum enclosure
- Optional rotary switch
Series Xi Panel Mount Computer
This Computer is panel mounted and can be used as a stand alone
unit or as a 'slave' to a master unit. It can handle both Analog
and Discrete inputs and outputs. The Series XI is easy to
understand and interact with due to the object oriented style of
programming incorporated into our Exacta line of Computers. The
Computer displays information on a 40 character by 8 line display
or over a R' 23 2 Port to a PC or Scada System. The unit comes
standard with a 21 Button Programmable Keyboard complete with
indicator lights. Each button can be programmed to perform a
different function giving the unit a great amount of flexibility
to handle any type of application.
Some of the features available on the Series XI are as follows:
- Built in Gas Compressor Programming
- Customized programming for individual requirements
- Customized diagnostic messages
- Up to 192 Analog and Discrete Inputs
- Up to 192 Analog or Discrete Outputs
- I.S. (Intrinsically Safe) Analog Inputs (RTDs, T/Cs, 4-20ma,
Voltage, Resistive)
- I.S. Analog Outputs (4-20ma)
- I.S. and X.P. (Explosion Proof) Discrete Inputs
- X.P. Discrete Outputs (Relay, Triac or Transistor)
- Built In P.I.D. and Time Proportional Control
- Shutdowns and Alarms for Discrete, Analog and Differential
(Comparing 2 Analog)
- Rated for Class 1, Div 2 (soon to be Class 1, Div 1)
- Two RS232 Ports and One Parallel Port
- Optional 2400 Baud Internal Modem
- Statistical information over the modem
- On line programming over the modem
- Ability to handle high speed pulse inputs (e.g.. RPM
Monitoring)
The Series XI Computer contains all the programming and
flexibility of a P.L.C. (Programmable Logic Controller) and the
ease and simplicity of a dedicated controller. Our Object
Oriented programming language and State Engine allows us to
program very complex processes. Our Parameter Setting
capabilities allow us to quickly and easily program Gas
Compressor shutdowns, alarms, pre-lube times, post-lube times,
crank times, etc.
