The company was founded in Toronto, ON in 1999 as a result of prior research at the University of Toronto. We are a developer and manufacturer of novel medical devices. Our vision is to deliver health care professionals diagnostic solutions that improve their clinical efficiency: high-quality, sophisticated, yet user friendly instruments based on the most advanced computer, signal processing, and communications technologies.
