Vintage has always been a leader in its field when we were the first to produce MDF mouldings in Atlantic Canada in 1994. In 1998 it was again the first in Atlantic Canada to produce flexible mouldings in all our profiles. In 2001 Vintage again was the first to produce primed MDF mouldings with a two coat oven baked primer finish. In late 2001 Vintage began re-productions of embossed plaster mouldings in an ultra high density polymer for both interior and exterior use... another first for Atlantic Canada.

Vintage only uses moulding quality MDF in its production which combined with steel alloy knives ensures a smooth machined surface. A two coat primer finish is baked in a high temperature oven resulting in an extremely hard primer finish.
The ultra high density polymer mouldings are the result of experimenting and developing our ouw process for re-producing embossed plaster mouldings in a very lightweight but durable material that is water and temperature resistant.
