Our Carpet Carousel equipped with our Deluxe Cut-N-Roll Table
makes our cutting and re-rolling system is the best in the
industry. When the operator chooses the carpet he/she wants,
the carpet gets pulled out over the table, and unto the roll up
table. From there it becomes a breeze. Press a button to
activate the Cut-N-Roll machine, and the carpet is measured and
rolled up in one pass. When the desired length has been reached,
the electronic counter shuts the machine down. Press another
button and the carpet is cut at the desired length. Re-activate
the Cut-N-Roll table and shrink wrap the carpet before loading.
The whole process is a one person operation, and the carpet
never touches the floor! Loading is a very simple procedure with
the aid of our patented loading bars. The power of the motor is
used to put the roll of flooring onto the machine. If the
optional transport dolly is purchased the roll will go directly
from the warehouse to the machine, never touching the floor.
This system makes it very easy to keep the rack full.

We recently completed the manufacturing of our first C3934HD Triple tower Heavy duty carousel: This Heavy duty Triple Tower carousel is designed to accommodate 39 39 dia x 4m rolls of vinyl or rubber with a weight of up to 4,000 lb per roll, with a maximum weight of 16,800 lbs for any 6 rolls in sequence. Total maximum weight of loaded product is 100,800 lb. Includes 4m 5od wall pipes. Equipped with variable speed controllers to double machine speed This machine is similar to the standard duty machine you would see at Home Depot except that it includes a heavy duty main frame, heavy duty sprockets with dual heavy duty bearings, 7/16 alloy steel L9 bolts to attach the special heavy duty hooks to the 42,000 lb. chain, heavy duty gear box and four 1-1/2 hp motors with 208 volt 3 phase electrical system.
