This product is obtained by reducing vinegar in powder using a non genetically modified and hypoallergenic soya hydrolysat containing a large amount of proteins which enriches the caps of cider vinegar. We are using the lyophilization process (freeze-drying process which does not alter the properties of cider vinegar) as opposed to the competition which use the dehydration process (pulverizing process which destroys the main therapeutic elements of the cider vinegar).
