VaporTech Energy Services Inc. is a private Alberta corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and servicing various products important to the Western Canadian natural gas industry. The Company was originally founded in 2000 under the name Advanced NPD Inc. (for 'New Product Development'), and was initially focused solely on producing products aimed at optimizing natural gas production from low pressure, partially depleted or hydraulically challenged wells. In 2002, the Company acquired Vapor-Tech Systems (founded in 1978), which was a leader in the design and fabrication of compression systems for vapour recovery, flare/vent gas recovery, and lower horsepower booster compression. In 2004 the Company reorganized under the new name of VaporTech Energy Services Inc. and has integrated both lines of business under a common corporate entity.

The corporate infrastructure is separated into two complementary divisions: Optimization and Compression. This structure provides a flexible means of developing and delivering superior products and services for competitive prices, which remaining focused on core markets.

The Optimization division produces technologies focused on optimizing production from low pressure, partially depleted, or hydraulically challenged gas wells using its own line of plunger lift systems. The Compression division fabricates compressor packages for vapour recovery, flare/vent gas capture, and is currently developing a new line of products for distributed low horsepower compression at the wellhead level. A goal of the company is to develop a line of compression products specifically oriented towards individual wellhead optimization, where the control systems for both the compressor and the Plunger Lift are fully integrated to work in a complementary manner.

VaporTech's head office is located in Calgary, Alberta. The Company designs and manufactures its own products in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Edmonton, Alberta. VaporTech also maintains field offices in Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Red Deer and Brooks.

VaporTech continues to expand its scope of business relating to gas well optimization and compression. Numerous product development initiatives are currently underway in the areas of flare/vent gas recovery, heavy oil pumping systems, and distributed compression systems.

Our future expanded scope of technological offerings will continue to be oriented towards oil and gas well optimization, heavy oil production, energy conservation, and related services.
