VAC Developments Limited

Vac Developments Limited was founded in 1997 to provide
precision machining, sheet metal and welding services to the
aerospace industry. Our operations have expanded and our
new plant facility is located in Brampton, Ontario
approximately 10 minutes from Pearson International
Airport.

Vac specializes in precision fabrication of aerospace and
defence products. We utilize C.N.C. sheet metal machining
equipment combined with highly experienced personnel to
produce quality parts to very tight tolerances. Our certified
welding department provides customers with one more
critical process under out control. In house chem-film and
passivation capabilities also provide quick turn around for
customers` requirements.

As a major supplier to a variety of defence and aerospace
related companies, we have acquired a strict quality control
process designed to meet with and/or surpass contractual
quality requirements and to comply with mandatory
requirements of the following specifications: MIL-I-45208,
AQAP-4, CSA Z2992, Chem-Film to MIL-C-5541, Classes
1 A and 3 and Welding to MIL-STD-2219 and CSA W-59.

Vac Developments provides a variety of capabilities
combined with excellent service to many aerospace
customers in a controlled environment all under one roof.

The 19 years of precision fabrication experience has allowed
us to establish a broad customer base in our industry. We
continually increase this base with new customers yearly
through our advertising strategies and word of mouth praise
by our existing customers.
