business to Tolko Industries Ltd., of Vernon, B.C. and the
company has been renamed `Tolko Manitoba Inc.`.
Tolko Manitoba Inc., was amalgamated with Tolko Industries Ltd.,
on December 31, 1998. It now operates as two divisions of Tolko
Industries Ltd. Tolko Manitoba Kraft Papers Division and Tolko
