Products

  • Automatic Transfer Switches

TS 850 series automatic transfer switches incorporate two basic styles of transfer switch mechanisms, style 'M' which is rated maximum 250 amps, and style 'T' which is rated maximum of 1600 amps. TS 890 series automatic tranfer switchware available from 800amps to 3200 amps and employ two heavy duty high capacity stored-energy air circuit breaker switching units. The assembly is suitable for installation in a stand alone enclosure or in a switchgear lineup. Both series of transfer switches provide a TSC 800 microprocessor based controller for all necessary control functions for fully automatic operation. Numerous control features are available as standard or optional accessories to provide desired sensing, time delay and switching logic.

  • Bypass Isolation Switches

The TSB 850 series bypass isolation transfer switch includes all features of the TS 850 series automatic tranfer switch. The TSB 850 series incorporates two basic types for bypass-isolation. Type 'D' (double-sided) isolates the transfer switch and can bypass either the utility or generator source of the load, as selected by the operator. Single-sided types 'U' (utility bypass) and 'G' (generator bypass) can bypass only one source to the load, and can provide isolation when used in conjunction with a generator output circuit breaker. Numerous control features are available as standard or optional accessories to provide the desired sensing, time delay, and switching logic.

  • Control Panels

The UCS 200 series auto start generator control panel is the most cost effective full featured control system available. One control panel can now meet your generator set control requirements throught the world. The control center of the UCS 200 system is the MEC 20 Microprocessor based Engine/Generator Controller. The MEC 20 gives the customer a compact, user friendly, field programmable control package. The MEC 20's complement of standard features has previoously only been available with costly and complicated PLC based control systems or as an expensive option from engine/generator packagers. All models are designed to meet or exceed NFPA 110 Level 1, CSA C282 and IEC generator set requirements without adding optional features. Optional features are available in the UCS 200 B and C models to meet your custom application requirements. The UCS 200S version is available from stock with standard configuration.

  • Generator Control Switchgear
  • Microprocessor Controllers

The TSC 800 Automatic Transfer Switch Controller and MEC 20 Microprocessor-based Engine/Generator Controller utilize the lastest advancements in microprocessor design technology. All functions of the controllers are fully configurable from the front panel keypad, and are security password protected. The LCD display screen prompts are in plain English, providing a user-friendly operator interface with selectable display options. The microprocessor design provides high accuracy for voltage sensing and timing functions as well as providing many standard features which are commonly available only as expensive add-on optional features on competitors' products.

  • Power Generation Controller

Intellegient and advanced integrated controller for use in power generation systems

  • Resistive Test Load Banks

All models of resistive test load banks utilize coiled chromium alloy load elements supported with cool cast ceramic insulators. 4.5 in maximum continuous spacing is provided between each support point. All load resistor ends are fitted with silver soldered stainless steel connection studs. TTI's 'cool load' resistor design guarantees lower operating temperatures and extended life in the most adverse environments.
