Donald Morin's work has been utilized by The Native Education Center and the Indigenous Media Arts Group in Vancouver. His work has been utilized by arts groups and union associations throughout BC during the 1990s and through 2001 to 2005. ie: Karen Jamieson Dance Company, Headline Theatre, the ACFC union for film and TV, Monique Giard, The Independent Film and Media Arts Alliance, and The Society for Cinema and Media Studies Conference in Atlanta Georgia, USA.. His written works and articels about his creative works have been published locally (BC), nationally, internationally, and within the Federal Government publications. As a performer DOnald has worked in 35mm film in Quebec, and as a filmmaker, his works were presented to Festivals in Vancouver, Montreal, and Atlanta Georgia.

My consultation services were used by Relevant Films in Berlin Germany associatesd through Gabrielle Mattner of Berlin, The National Native Ministries in British Columbia, and The Native Education Centre.

The Native Education Centre and The Indigenous Media Arts Group have successful utilized my ideas as a filmmaker and instructor to help the community members in their organizations realize their potential in society.

The society of Cinema and Media Studies organization in The USA utilied my writings and film work to present and publish a strong and very important paper om media studies for their 2004 conference with their forum on Indigenous GLobal media

The National Alliance for Media Artists in Canada utilized my oral and written skills to present a keynote presentation on Regional cultural practice in relation to Globalization for their 2004 annual general meeting and their RIMshot media festival in Vancovuer.

Donald Morin, Mtis performer, filmmaker, and teacher at Vancouver's Native Education Centre, raised extremely important political and cultural questions about the indigenous media in today's 'age of terror' and the use of film technology as a tool of resistance to capitalism. Donald theorized what he sees as a move from the age of mechanical reproduction towards an age of technological authenticity.
