The Cottingham Group was established in 1997 to offer information technology consulting services in strategic planning and needs assessment in the areas of IT renewal, IT security, and standards strategies. In choosing to concentrate on these areas, the company is able to capitalize on the many years of public and private sector experience gained by founder and president Mike Harrop and his associates.
