many others. Our area of expertise is the broad range of skills
commonly known as Emotional Intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to build fruitful and
productive relationships. To build people up, bring people
together, motivate people to do their best. It includes stress
management, resilience, perseverance, the capacity to recognize
feelings, our own and others, the ability to motivate others
and ourselves. It is fundamental to working productively with
other people. The more emotional and social intelligence, common
sense and street smarts we have, the more likely it is that we
will be effective and successful in our daily lives. EI can grow
unlike IQ, which is static.
We developed The Online Coaching Clinic over during the last two
years as a result of client requests for more workshops, but
without the cost and time commitments usually associated with
