Tea Connexions is a trade name owned by Connexions Trading International Incorporated, a privately owned corporation formed in 1995, and owned exclusively by Sanjay and Suruchi Gupta.

Tea Connexions is a value added supplier of gourmet teas beautifully packaged that distributes its products exclusively through a membership based buying group. Entrepreneurs pay a membership fee to obtain a turn-key tea business which includes tea products, marketing materials, and a professionally designed e-commerce website. Other major benefits that our customers receive from membership in the buying group include costs 30% below wholesale on high quality specialty tea products, professionally designed marketing materials at economies of scale pricing, marketing support, and free customer referrals.

We offer the finest teas direct from tea estates to our customers, guaranteeing our customers enjoy the finest tea experience possible. Our customer service model is based on the efforts of our hundreds of established Tea Connexions Distributors across North America and other parts of the world. We provide Total Marketing Solutions to our Distributors, in the form of special branding, print media, e-commerce and product marketing solutions. Our Distributors benefit from the ongoing leads generated by our extensive online presence and print advertising initiatives.

Tea Connexions upholds these mandates not only by distributing the highest quality tea products to our customers, but also through the efforts and commitment of the exceptional people on our TEAm. We currently employ a group of ten, including specialists in the areas of marketing and sales, graphic and web design, finance and accounting, international trade and warehouse logistics.

Here is a brief time line of Tea Connexions progression:

1999The idea of Tea Connexions started in a 200 square feet office. June, 2001Tea Connexions moved to 1000 square feet and signed a lease for three years. At the time, we did not have one Distributor and had not yet generated $1. August, 2001Program launched, with a focus on the acquisition of American Distributors. June, 2003Tea Connexions moved out one full year ahead of schedule into our 3000 square feet location.

Moving from 200 to 1000 to 3000 square feet, in a period of two years, is a strong indication of the success and future projected success of our operations.

To date, we have added more than 200 members primarily in the United States, though we have distributors in Canada, Guam, Australia, Latin America, and Europe. Our goal is to add 1000 members by the end of 2005.

The strategic alliance recently formed between Tea Connexions and Shangers Teaopolis in North America will allow us to deliver even greater value, as synergies between our companies will promote our continued rapid growth. We are in development of an exciting new franchise opportunity, Teaopolis Tea Stores and Tea Rooms, a unique teahouse concept to be launched in third quarter 2004.

We are now seeking a small group of serious tea entrepreneurs, to form an elite group of Master Distributors for the purpose of enhancing local area service to our new and established Distributors, and to assist in the establishment of and supply to Teaopolis Tea Stores and Tea Rooms. Our Master Distributors will profit from all Tea Connexions and Teaopolis tea sales in their respective territories, and are entitled additional profit sharing on numerous tea related revenue streams provided by Tea Connexions and Shangers.

We are proud to have built Tea Connexions from a small operation in a 200 square feet office, to our present facility of over 3000 square feet.
