• Mold Refurbishment And Repair

  Targray provides a service to allow customers to return their injection molds to optimal working condition. Services include repair and polishing of mirror blocks and other mould components.

Products

• Mastering Glass

  Targray supplies high performance Philips glass products for mastering CD, CD-R and DVD. Based on the customer's needs Targray will recommend a suitable glass product, and, if required by the customer, a glass recycling program.

• Mold Components

  Targray supplies optical disc manufacturers with replacement components for a wide range of injection mold models (e. g., Axxicon, AWM, Toolex, Krauss).

• Optical Grade Polycarbonate

  Targray supplies Dow Plastics Calibre 1080 DVD polycarbonate. Targray engineers work with customers to optimize their CD, CD-R or DVD moulding process, focusing on the process parameters that are important to each customer.

• Previously Owned Cd Dvd Manufacturing, Mastering, Printing And Packaging Equipment

  Targray's equipment division specializes in matching up customers in the market for previously owned equipment with high value CD and DVD mastering, replication, printing and packaging equipment to suit their needs. Targray Equipment's equipment engineer works with the customer to install and commission the equipment to the customer's specifications.

• Printing Frames

  Targray supplies high performance printing frames for the range of printing equipment used in decorating CD's, CD-R's and DVD's. Targray's printing technologist is available to work with customers to optimize their printing process, based on the customer's needs.

• Printing Nest Pads

  Targray supplies protective nest pads in silicone and other elastomer materials, depending on the customer's needs. Nest pads for most optical disc printing equipment models are available.

• Protective Lacquer Coating

  Targray supplies Eques Coatings' line of high performance, environmentally friendly protective coating products for CD, CD- R and DVD. Targray engineers will work with the customer to select the correct coating for his/her process, then qualify and optimize the product based on the customer's most important process parameters and savings goals.

• Sputtering Targets
• Suction Cups

  Targray supplies a wide range of suction cups in various materials and configurations to the optical disc industry, and has the engineering capability to develop additional suction cup products for other applications.

• Uv Lamps

  Targray supplies a wide range of UV lamps to fit the various curing systems used in the optical disc industry. In addition, Targray engineers work with customers to optimize lamp performance in their specific process.
