TWR Research Applications

TWR Research Applications provides fisheries and environmental
research services as well as project management, development,
and analytical services to government and non-government agencies
as well as to the private sector. The services, offered both
nationally and internationally, draw upon the Principal
Scientific Officer's extensive experience in the areas of:
- fisheries and ecological research
- marine habitat and impact studies
- fisheries evaluation and development
- program analysis and development
The Principal Officer, who continues to maintain an active
personal research program as a Research Scientist Emeritus at the
Bedford Institute of Oceanography, has had over 30 years
experience extending from artisanal estuarian fisheries and
aquaculture to international high seas fisheries. While having
contributed significantly to the scientific and technical
literature on fisheries biology and ecology, he has also been
responsible for the development of several major fisheries and
has extensive experience in the writing and evaluation of
scientific and fisheries development proposals.
