The divisions are comprised of multiple business units or Practices which are focused on a specific area of expertise. Each unit is comprised of a team of experts with considerable cumulative depth of knowledge and experience in that field. The Practices are headed by Practice Managers who have full responsibility and accountability for the success of the unit. The business units often work in partnership with each other to provide comprehensive, cohesive and coordinated solutions requiring expertise from multiple IT disciplines.

The Data Network Services unit provides a wide variety of design, engineering, planning, analysis and implementation services for complex LAN/MAN/WAN data networks.
The Information Systems Security Services group has been created to help organizations address the increasingly critical requirement for IS Security. This team of experienced professionals can guide you past the hype and help you implement the right amount of security to protect your information assets. We have the expertise to identify your security requirements and then design and implement solutions to satisfy those requirements.
The IT Systems Management practice deals with managing the critical nature of todays IT systems. The group provides Strategic Planning, Impact Analysis, Threat and Risk Analysis, Contingency Planning and Business Resumption Planning services across the entire spectrum of IT disciplines.
The Management Consulting group typically participates in consulting opportunities at the front end of a project cycle or consulting associated with the management of a new business opportunity. Examples of the principle concerns of the Management Consulting Practice are: Feasibility Studies; Cost Benefit Analyses; Strategic Analysis and Planning; Business Process Re-engineering etc.
The Structured Wiring group offers planning, design, implementation and project management services relating to the cabling infrastructure of data networks and voice systems. The group is staffed with RCDDs (Registered Communications Distribution Designers) who are experienced cabling infrastructure designers and project managers. The independent and objective role we play in design and implementation ensures that clients receive an appropriate, modern, adaptable and secure system that meets or exceed current industry standards, safety and building code regulations. The Network Management group takes over the day-to-day operational management of networks on an outsource basis.
The Voice Services group provides a comprehensive array of services in all areas of voice communications. With expertise in emerging and converging technologies and services, the voice team can provide decision support services relating to: traffic analysis, call centre design, network design, equipment specification, acquisition and audits (PBX, Centrex, ACD, IVR, VoIP).
The Professional Services practice delivers highly qualified technical and managerial resources to clients when they require specific skills to augment their own project teams or fill in during periods of peak workload. The group also provides long- term, outsourced network operational support services for those organizations that prefer to focus on the strategic aspects of their business and leave the day-to-day management of their networks in the hands of outside professionals.
