General Analytical Service - SunWest laboratory offers a variety of specialized analytical services for individual clients and seed breeding programs. Individualized tests including acidity, anthocyanins, ash, bulk density, brix, farinograph, dietary, fibre, feed analysis, gluten content, particle size, peroxidase, pH, protein, moisture, fat, ash, carbohydrate, total dietary fibre, soda, specific gravities, sugars, starches, vitamins and minerals.

Grain And Oilseed Testing
Grain and Oilseed Testing - SunWest laboratory analyses grain for moisture, protein and falling number of domestic and export markets. Oil contents, proteins, fatty acid profiles and glucosinolates are conducted on canola and rapeseed. As well testing is performed on other specialty oilseeds including mustard, borage, flax, linola, caraway, and coriander. Other specialty tests include chlorophyll, peroxide value, free fatty acids and volatile oil contents.
