providing process control equipment and related services to the
process industry, including the power industry. The company is
comprised largely of experienced ex-factory valve professionals
and specializes in the supply of valves, transmitters and related
field equipment. Major product lines include Neles control
valves, Jamesbury valves, Badger Meter control valves, Moore
Products transmitters, Krohne level measurement devices, and
StoneL limit switches and position transmitters. The company
maintains a separate division devoted solely to servicing the
Canadian nuclear industry, and is familiar with the particular
requirements of the Canadian nuclear industry and CANDU systems
in general. Summit Controls is the Canadian representative for
Nuclear Logistics Inc. (NLI), and through this company is able to
supply safety-related equipment of all types in accordance with
IEEE/EPRI methodology. NLI specializes in the replacement of
obsolete safety-related equipment, and is able to offer complete
services including EQ and seismic qualification, commercial grade
dedication, reverse engineering, safety-related motor repairs,
etc.
