and MEd (TESL). Ms. Clark has experince teaching in France,

Patrick Davis, business manager, has a Masters of Public
Administration with experience in the resource sectors,

English, French, Spanish and Japanese. The company was founded
in 1994. SAC has three campus' in Prince Edward Island:
Atlantic Canada Language Institute (ACLI) in Park Corner
Canadian Centre for Language Training (CCLT) in Charlottetown
Helen's Homestay and English School (HHES) in Tryon

SAC main products are:
Intensive English Program (IEP - 25 hrs./week): for students who
want to improve their English for general or work-related
purposes. Classes focus on listening, speaking, reading,
writing and TOEFL preparation. Students may enroll in this
program for a period of one month to one year (or longer).
Intensive English Program Plus (IEP Plus - 24 hrs. classroom/6
hrs. activity per week): for students who want limited
activities with classroom study. This is only available at ACLI.
English For Academic Purposes (EAP - 25 hrs./week): for
students who are preparing to enter a North American college or
university. Classes focus on academic listening, speaking,
reading and writing. Students may enroll in this program for a
period of one month to one year (or longer).
Study Tours
Basic, Deluxe, Christmas In Canada, Quilting and Junior
Vacations. For students who want to learn English and experience
a number of activities. Afternoon activities are designed to
help students practice the English learned in the classroom.
SAC markets its programs at education trade shows, through
agents, the Canadian Embassies, paid advertising, mailouts,
Tourism PEI, and the world wide web.

Intensive English Program
English Study Tour
Short two week programs for individuals who may be on a break
from other studies or are only able to visit PEI for a short
period of time, yet would like the opportunity to develop and
practice their English language skills and learn about Canadian
Culture.
Certificate In Teaching English As A Second/Foreign Language
The Certificate course in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign
Language is designed for individuals interested in working with
international students, either nationally or abroad. Interested
participants may be graduates of university or college programs,
teachers in the public school system who deal with ESL/EFL
students but have no formal training in doing so, or individuals
who have been in the work-force and would like a change in
occupation. Non-native English speakers are welcome to participate
in the course, however, they must score above 550 on the TOEFL
or above 4.5 on the CanTest.
