Jessica Starkman, President of STARBOND CONSULTANTS, has been
active in training, and human resource development for the past
ten years. She works with a wide variety of organizations
assessing the human resource development functions and advising
managers on concerns related to career and management
development. Her mission is to create pathways that provide
support and help to corporations wishing to achieve a competitive
advantage in a complex and difficult business environment.
Ms. Starkman has extensive history working with individuals in
the advanced technology and the fashion industries. She has been
active in developing training strategy, customizing training
models, coordinating, developing and delivering sessions.
Ms. Starkman received her Masters degree, which specialized in
Adult and Community Education from the University of Calgary.
