Jessica Starkman, President of STARBOND CONSULTANTS, has been
active in training, and human resource development for the past
ten years. She works with a wide variety of organizations
assessing the human resource development functions and advising
managers on concerns related to career and management
development. Her mission is to create pathways that provide

Ms. Starkman has extensive history working with individuals in
