Stantec Consulting International Ltd. (SCIL) traces its origins to the founding of Stanley Associates Engineering Ltd. in 1954. This original company evolved into Stantec Consulting Ltd., which currently employs nearly 4, 000 people operating from over 40 offices in North America and World Wide.
