It entailed abstracting synthetic and analytical chemistry, clinical pharmacology and pharmacodynamics, toxicology and market data, patent family relationships and other bibliographic details- for researchers developing generic drugs at Apotex PharmaChem Inc.,the largest fine chemicals manufacturing facility in Canada and subsidiary of Apotex Group.
He has critically reviewed Insurance Examination/ Designated Assessment Centre Medico-legal reports in the year 2003- 2004.
As a Content Manager (2001-2002) for a couple of health portals and WebHealthPlus.com: For CardioValens.com developed and managed cutting-edge cardiology-related content of interest to practising cardiologists and students of different branches of this clinical speciality. This portal has user-friendly categories: pharmacology-USFDA-approved/rejected drugs; clinical trials in cardiology; audio-visual files in interventional cardiology; echocardiography; conference reports, and so forth. Besides, a separate section on patient education- as handouts- was another feature. An essential responsibility was to update the site on a daily basis, to report/edit/re-write on the news (research and other aspects) in cardiology worldwide, working in co-ordination with the information technology professionals in-house.

The potential relevance of alternative medicine in healthcare management- from an Oriental as well as Western perspective is the remit of the journal.
