Services
Architect - Feasibility Study
Architect - Waterfront/Urban Design
A specialization in waterfront revitalization, we have worked on
many downtown areas which have suffered the blight brought on by
suburban growth. The development of a long term strategy for the
revitalization of these areas to bring residents and business
back to the core have resulted in the rehabilitation of community
economic base.
Architect - Tourism Planning & Design
A range of services to the tourism industry including project
identification, site analysis, feasibility study, project design.
Projects completed range from large scale spa/resort,
interpretive centers, tourist attractions, eco-tourism design,
signage and accomodations.
Architect - Recreation/Community Facilities
Specialization in the design of community recreation facilities
which combine a variety of community needs: library, arena, pool,
municipal office, fitness facilities, community meeting areas,
day care, seniors facilities, etc. Geared to the needs and
budget of each community.
Architect - Architectural/Functional Programming
Programming for buildings to determine needs in space, traffic,
access control, relationships of spaces. These are a few of the
areas which are researched in the pre-design phase to equate
budgets, requirements and desires.
Architect - Master Planning
Particularly applicable to waterfront and urban renewal but
useful with any large tracts of land, master planning involves
the evolution of a long range plan for best use development of a
site. This process gives a client a clear picture of the
potential of the site, the types of uses most applicable and most
likely to be economically viable, the greatest positive and least
negative community impacts. Depending on the area under study
these are only a few of the areas which can be addressed by a
master plan study.
