Specialty Bulb Products Inc was formed in 1985 to service a market that historically has not been looked after by any one firm. Because of this it was very difiicult for end users to find replacement bulbs for their equipment. In many cases it involved going to many different suppliers just to find a few lamp types. That market is the specialty bulb market and is far reaching in the types of industries that require these light sources. The market we first targeted was projection which includes stage, studio, television, photography, film production, entertainment, micrography, audio/visual and more recently LCD/DLP. We have now moved into the Medical/Scientific field supplying light sources for surgical, endoscopy, laparascopy, microscopy, spectroscopy, photoherapy, dental, veterinary, ophthalmic and deuterium requirements. Another area that we have targeted is the Ultraviolet/Germicidal markets for air, water and surface disinfection. We are also invoolved in the LED, transportation, aviation and marine industries being able to not only find but supply the specialty bulb products they need.
