Solutions in Context is a Management Consulting company
specializing in e-Business Strategy, Implementation and Quality
Assurance. Our focus is enabling your business through
information technology and in particular the web. We help you
define the right business relationships and simply the
interaction with your clients, suppliers, staff, partners and
agents. Our role is to help you make the right choices about
what investments to make in information applications and
infrastructure, when to invest and with whom. We then provide
the project management support to ensure the solutions are
properly implemented and the appropriate returns on investment
are delivered.
The objective is to deliver the right solutions for your
business objectives, relationships, and obligations. We provide
Planning (including business case facilitation), Solution
Architecture, Project Management, Design, and Quality Assurance.
Our engagements typically address:
Planning the relationships (B2C - Business to Customer, B2B -
Business to Business, and B2E - Business to Employee);
Architecting the solution (the roles, responsibilities,
information flow, workflow, request/response model, and
business processes);
Engineering an appropriate set of releases; and then Ensuring
they achieve the expected business results (user value, time
frame and budget), and
Assurance to make sure they achieve the expected business
results (user value, time frame and budget).
We can help you leverage e-business and e-government strategy,
business models and technology. For example for website
planning, we will work with you to understand and decide why
you want and need a web site, (what does success look like),
who you want to use the web site (clients, staff, suppliers...),
how the participants should interact using the web and existing
contact points, when the website should be used, where the users
will use the website (e.g. staff over the counter, clients at
home after visiting the broker, broker in their office...), and
what the solution should do (e.g. Brochure, Product Catalogue,
Client Relationship Management, Online Sales...). Then we can
guide and/or manage the implementation.

presentation and integration with Legacy environments
Package Selection and Integration -- We facilitate definition of
requirements and evaluation criteria, conduct the product
selection and guide the integration.

staged migration plans for web enabling our client's business.

and migration.
Tools Experience -- We help clients decide on the technical
infrastructure and manage it's implementation. We provide a

Management Consultant and experienced project manager and
