SofSURFACES Inc. has created and manufactures a high quality rubber surfacing tile called SofTILE, which features our patented channelock, designed for a better fit and easier installation.
SofTILE ranges from 1.0' to 4.0' thick and are 24' x 24' square. These tiles are attractive, durable and very easy to maintain. SofTILE are primarily used under playground equipment, under swingsets and at the bottom of slides. We also offer a thinner and more resilient tile called cobbleTILE which is 1/2' thick and often used on walkways, patios, golf courses and around pools. Both types are available in virtually any solid color or color combination. All SofTILE meet current ASTM, CPSC and DIN guidelines relative to HIC and GMAX requirements for safety surfacing.

Cobbletile
CobbleTILE is 24' x 24' square, 1/2' thick with a pattern surface available on both sides. It is manufactured from either recycled rubber buffings with a liquid pigment added, or from colored virgin rubber granules which are both mixed with a high strength polyurethane binder. It is heated in a mold and compressed to approximately 48lbs./cubic foot. We offer CobbleTILE in solid colors such as terra cotta, turf green, grey and blue as well as virtually any color combination. CobbleTILE is very resilient and slip resistent which makes it ideal for walkways, golf courses, play areas, patios, around pools and many other applications.

Rubberweld
RubberWELD are Polyurethane and epoxy adhesives (Single or 2 component) used for adhering rubber mats/tiles to each other and/or substrate.

Sofmat
SofMAT rubber surfacing is resilient, easy to maintain and non- pervious, available in a variety of colors and thicknesses. SofMAT comes in either square edge sheets which can be adhered to the floor, or an interlocking edge which does not require any adhesive at all. We offer SofMAT in a rolled form in basic black or 20% speckled color. It is used indoors and outdoors where a durable, non-skid, flexible fatigue mat is required.

Softile
SofTILE is produced the same way as cobbleTILE, although they range from 1.0' to 4.0' thick. SofTILE are unique in that they lock together using minimal amount of adhesive thanks to our new channlock design. Installed under playsets and swings, SofTILE provides fall height protection to help prevent injuries. All SofTILE meet current ASTM, CPSC, DIN guidelines relative to HIC and GMAX requirements for safety surfacing.
