Silver Wheaton Corp. is the worlds only mining company that receives 100% of its revenue from the sale of silver. In 2005 the Company plans to sell 10 million ounces of silver at cash costs of $3.90 per ounce. Silver Wheaton has agreed to purchase all the silver production from the Luismin Mine in Mexico and the Zinkgruven Mine in Sweden.
Because approximately 70% of all silver production occurs as a by-product of base or precious metals production, there are many opportunities to secure more silver production using the same type of purchase agreements used for these two mines. The Company is debt-free, unhedged and well positioned for growth. Silver Wheatons management and board of directors have demonstrated a strong track record of creating shareholder value through acquisitions and Silver Wheaton plans to become one of the largest silver producers in the industry.
