Signal Hill Manufacturing Inc., located in Calgary Alberta, operates a Plastics Injection Molding facility which offers in house consulting and design services to assist you in designing, prototyping and producing a successful plastic product that will be both cost effective and will have the desired features and accuracy of dimensions that you intended for it to contain.

We are affiliated with a Mold Maker who brings to your design, over 40 years of knowledge and experience, as well as a full service tool room that includes but is not limited to the latest CAD/CAM software, CNC machining, EDM capabilities, vertical milling machines, precision lathes, and surface grinders.

Our Mold Maker has designed and built successful injection molds for satisfied end users ranging from NovaTel to Telus, and including many more. References available upon request.

Our belief is that impressive machinery cannot provide quality results, unless the experience and understanding of the quality expected is reflected within the specialist who is performing the workmanship.

Our Mold Maker is a specialist who understands and provides total quality, 100% of the time.

Our injection molds are built, using P-20 Tool Steel for the cores and cavities of the product, and we use DME quality tool steel for the mold bases and components. We build molds that accommodate interchangeable inserts, hydraulic core pulls, manual slides, overmolding capabilities , and insert molding, as each design may require.
We offer sundry services such as sub-assembly, final assembly and pacakging of your products.
On our production floor, we operate injection molding machines ranging in size from 150 ton to 300 ton and offer secondary services such as metal stamping and bending, as well as other specialty services that have been developed through strategic alliances with various existing customers.
We produce a range of products for various markets including Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Recreational/Consumer, Furniture manufacturers and many more.
