• Supply And Installation Of Wotec System To Eliminate Waste Oil Disposal, Along With Improving Quality And Adding Lubricity To User's Fuel.

  In one precise operation, WOTEC systems transform waste oil into clean, reusable fuel. The process filters waste oil and then blends it with new fuel at an operator selected ratio of between 0 and 10%. Waste oil is drawn through a six (6) micon filter, removing all particulate matter four (4) microns or larger. Electronically-monitored blend ratios of cleaned waste-oil-to-new-fuel are automatically controlled to achieve a precise mixture at a flow rate of 15 gallons per minute.

  Routing the processed waste-oil-and-fuel mixture through a final coalaescer assembly removes particulate matter four (4) microns or larger, as well as 99+% of emulsified or free-standing water. The WOTEC process results in a totally emulsified, clean, precisely-blended, water-free fuel that can be used in a diesel engine or other fuel-burning device.

  The system extends fuel suppliles while eliminating costly waste-oil disposal. Supplies are stretched, costs are lowered, the environment is preserved, and everyone benefits.
