We were the official customs broker for the International Society for Heart Research convention held in Winnipeg. When one of the participants from Australia encountered difficulties with a shipment held up in Toronto due to Lack of proper documentation and import information. It was a shipment of Koala bears and other promotional materials promoting the next I. S. H. R conference to be held in Australia in 2004. We received a call from the conference and the Australian coordinator asking for assistance. Although the company did not originally utilize our services our President Bob Hobson, intervened and did what was necessary to ensure the shipment got to Winnipeg, cleared through customs and delivered on time. Needless to say, our customer was very happy.
