Dynamic Atlas has been used in support of United Nations (FAO) projects in Afghanistan, Lesotho, Egypt, Yemen, Lebanon, Jordan, Somalia, Eritrea, and Libya as well as in the Africover project. Many projects that have an info. mgmt. component now promote the use of Dynamic Atlas. The software is also being used to support the development of Spatial Data Infrastructure principles and programs and the implementation of information resource centers in southern Africa and Eastern Europe.
Anyone can use Dynamic Maps to create and publish thematic and indicator maps, view related documents, pictures, and URLs, and analyze tabular data for trends. Dynamic Maps also integrates with Microsofts PowerPoint for easy publishing of the maps, and with Excel for more advanced data analysis and the creation of charts and graphs.
Dynamic Maps enables information to be organized and managed in logical Topics. Each topic can reflect a geographic extent and/or type of data such as environment indicators of the rangeland.
Also, because the Dynamic Maps v3 is license-free, it can be copied and distributed to partners and clients on CD or through a download, bundled with data.
Dynamic Knowledgebase enables all the information and data to be registered and organized in a structured format called a warehouse. Once the data are registered in the warehouse, they are automatically available to users of Dynamic Maps on the desktop and to Internet clients. As a result, the complexity of dealing with spatial data and tabular databases is dealt with so that users dont need to know how.
By creating structured data warehouses, data become easy to find, use, and share. And when data are being shared and used by many people, issues such as duplication of effort, data standards, and data maintenance become much easier to deal with, new uses for the data are found, and a better understanding of the information and what it represents is developed.
Dynamic Web Maps Server brings the same maps, tabular data, and documents from the warehouse(s) onto the Internet. Users can click on a map feature and access related information about it data from live databases, document(s), pictures, URLs, and more.
As with Dynamic Maps, the data are organized and published in logical topics. Plus, the software produces all the web pages so no HTML programming is required.

United Nations Program Coordination Assistance Afghanistan Issue:
The economic and human condition in Afghanistan is tragic and has been for quite some time. And with over 300 organizations at work providing assistance each with their own objectives, goals and methods the UN needed to build coordination through better information access and sharing among the groups. This and the lack of IT / GIS specialists and infrastructure dictated the urgent need for a simple and intuitive system that could be accessible to all. Solution:

Assistance Afghanistan has been one of our largest, most complex and most successful projects to date. Our work there has led to widespread recognition at home and abroad. And some of the technology we produced has become the basis for our Dynamic Atlas suite of publishing and access products available today.
As a result of our work, the UN has been able to set up an information support office to manage and publish the variety of data that the community produces (satellite images and photos, agriculture and resource information, social indicators, project management information, and much more).

Developing feasible, usable solutions that considered multiple user needs, available data, time and cost limitations. Systems design and development including map- based desktop and Internet based publishing and access, activity tracking and coordination, program description and budget submission and approval, metadata management, and more. Atlas Building
Dynamic Atlas software makes it easy for you to create an atlas, however there are many reasons why you should hire SKE Inc. to do it for you. Most importantly, you can be confident that the atlas will be a professional and effective product that your clients can easily use to access the information you want to present.
SKE can work with you throughout the atlas build process or at any stage along the way from the initial design and layout of the information within the Topic (chapter) structure, to the final atlas.
Using our Dynamic Publisher software, SKE can put the atlas onto CD / DVD for distribution along with Dynamic Maps software so that your clients need only insert the CD / DVD into their computer to install it automatically and begin using it.
