European founders established SIDO LTD in Canada in 1949 to pro- duce precision machined parts and fine pitch gears from Swiss technology. The production has been diversified to cover a broad range of precision machined parts. The basic machining equipment consists of screw machines, CNC lathes and milling centers, completed with a wide variety of secondary equipment for boring, drilling, gear hobbing, grinding, gun drilling, honing, milling, threading, turning, etc. SIDO Ltd supplies a wide variety of small machined components assemblies and testing to aerospace, automobile, communication, defence, medical and utility customers.
